Car Target Group, company bankruptcy notice

On 13th March 2020, the Ljubljana District Court initiated bankruptcy proceedings against the debtor - the legal entity Car Target Group, Services and Intermediation, doo, Ljubljana.
Consumers who have any outstanding claims against this company for the rental of vehicles and insurance against damage to the vehicle at the time of the lease, should report their claims due to possible default in the three months following the publication of this call.

The time limit for filing claims, rights to separate satisfaction and exclusion rights expires on 20 July 2020. 
Initial deadline (15 June 2020) was prolonged due to corona crisis.
